Since 1979, George has specialized in turning his customers dreams into reality. He can help you every step of the way; marketing your home, finding the home of your dreams, selecting your ideal building location, and building your dream home. On a national basis, George Hatcher has conducted / managed over 500 million dollars in Real Estate Auctions or financial institutions and government agencies such as the RTC, FDIC, HUD, SBA, US Marshalls Service, and the US Bankruptcy Courts. Properties have included hotels, office buildings, strip centers, land parcels, development properties and residential real estate. He served on the board of governors of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, has been an instructor on Auctions fo rthe NAA and CAI, and has appeared on National TV regarding affordable housing auctions. George is a licensed Auctioneer, Realtor, and General Contractor with memberships in related local and national professional associations
