On a national basis, George Hatcher has conducted and managed over 500 million dollars in Real Estate Auctions for government agencies such as the RTC, FDIC, HUD, SBA, US Marshalls Service, and the US Bankruptcy Courts. Properties have included hotels, office buildings, strip centers, land parcels, development properties, and residential real estate. He served on the Board of Governors of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, has been an instructor on Auctions for the NAA and CAI, and has appeared on National TV regarding affordable housing auctions. George is a licensed Auctioneer, Realtor, and General Contractor with memberships in related local and national professional associations.
